Nathan Buck
Leicestershire

Before turning 17 Buck had trained with England A, played for England Under-16s and Under-17s, whitewashing the Australians, and picked up League and Cup winners medals for his club, Loughborough Town. At the Bunbury festival he was regularly clocked around 76mph and has been described as both "scary" and "devastating" by Loughborough captain Dips Patel.

He was only 15 when he trained with Broad, Simon Jones and Graham Onions at the England A academy and said he gained a lot by working with England bowling coach Ottis Gibson. He is a hard worker and has received as much praise for his attitude as for his bowling. Certainly with 28 wickets at 20.46 apiece in 2007, it seems the work is paying off.

Nathan made his first-class debut for Leicestershire in 2009, taking three wickets in four first-team appearances.
